On Saturday, October 9, 11 vendor tables
will be available during daytime activities and five tables will be
available at the time of the evening Tango show. Vendors can
reserve a table for combined daytime and evening events or for
daytime events only.
DAYTIME EVENTS: Organizers expect
approximately 500 participants to take part in
classes, workshops, and forums during the day. The price of a
daytime vendor table is $150 ($120 for non-profit
organizations).
DAYTIME AND EVENING EVENTS COMBINED:
In addition to the 500 daytime participants, vendors can expect 300
spectators to the Tango show for a total of 800 participants.
The price for a daytime and nighttime vendor table is $200
($150 for non-profit organizations).
INFORMATION ABOUT TABLES:

11 tables are available for daytime
events, and 5 tables are available during nighttime events.

The table dimensions are 5 feet by 30
inches.

Each table will come with two chairs.

There are limited outlets, and we
cannot provide extension cords or tablecloths.
